Hhmmm...

I prefer baked on a bay leaves and olive oil base and lightly seasoned.

  3. Two "Deep Seas", Chef!

Last time I had deepfried squid I got sick. I know it was the place and time, but the thought of it makes my stomach bubble still.

    Enjoy!

  4. Although I'm a fairly adventurous eater, I've just never been a fan of eating anything with tentacles or food that runs the risk of squeaking when chewed. Everybody has their limits.

  5. My grandma used to boil squid and then simmer it in tomato sauce. Her apartment always had a peculiar smell.

  7. I don't care to eat things that swim in their own poo.

  8. Smells are weird things. I LOVED the smell when my 2nd Ex cooked her chicken livers. But the taste? {shudder} I'd guess that that smell was just the Old Country lingering, Agí. 'Twas naught to fear, eh. :)

LOL! Nice, Sumo. But it is an awfully big toilet, eh.

  10. I'll take your bay leaves and olive oil. You can keep the critters.

When I was a kid living in Greece, they caught those things and hung them on a clothesline (with clothes pins!) right there on the restaurant patio by the tables. Weird sight.
