Reason for the Season
Happy and Healthy Solstice wishes to all y'all around the world, from a singular silly human on the North Coast (one of 'em anyhow {-;) of America.
Love and Light Folks!
Love and Light for all!
And, yes, that does mean everyone.
Happy New Year* too . . .

Season's greetings Mike. Although winter is just starting and although it's going to get colder, it is nice to know that from here on, the days get longer and the nights get shorter. More daylight! Yay! Just think of the sunlight tickling all those plants, trees, hedgerows, prodding them, poking them - c'mon, start waking up!
ReplyDeleteFor me, as a born again atheist, it's also a good reason to celebrate. A midwinter alcohol fest to gird the loins for the cold weather before spring.
SO, lift a glass with me Mike! be of good cheer! The shortest day is gone and we start tilting towards the sun again.

Good Cheer to you and yours as well, Stew.!
Fa la la la (and Near la la la, too) to you and all yours, you Silly (but lovable) Human. If you aren't happy, you haven't had enough!
ReplyDeleteWell, I'll certainly drink to that as well, Jami.
