Happy Labor Day (weekend), Michael!
ReplyDeleteHappy Labor Day, MB.
ReplyDeleteHappy labor day...had friends that had a bassatt named 'Speedbump"....this reminded me of that dog...so cute...
ReplyDeleteAh, a real true dude-dog!
ReplyDeleteHappy Labor Day!!
If Bossy's Dane fist-bumped she'd crush bones.
ReplyDeletewe don't do that at the same time here but have a good one anwyway!
ReplyDeleteHope you're all gettin' great weather for it. It's just 'bout perfect in these parts, For anything really!
ReplyDeleteThat's goes for you too, Michael. Yeah, May Day. I included the Wiki link because this is one holiday, regardless of when it is celebrated, that I used to give the typical short-shrift of most American. As I've matured, I've come to think it may really be the MOST important Holi of them all.
Maybe some day...
Oh, and Bossy, just use your feet. That's really all teh Dane's got, eh. I don't think she'll mind.
ReplyDelete:)
Happy Labo(u)r Day weekend, All! This is my first time visiting your blog. And I love the quotes just below your header.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to offer up another:
He who has a why to live can bear almost any how. ---Friedrich Nietzsche.
How's that for deep?
Feel free to stop by my spot! I'm a budding standup comedienne blogging her way to stardom! Don't be afraid to leave a comment!
Sounds like a Rush song. And the grammar's better than Dostoevsky's.
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying reading Teh Quest... right now. Should there be blinds in my bathroom window?
*ahem* Sometimes, maybe, but whatevs. You're a stand-up comic who makes me think. What's up with that?! ;p lol!
OK. After reading your 2 posts, I keep imagining a CGI enhanced sculpture of Madonna as The Thinker, mounted holographically within the flame of the Statue of Liberty's torch.
OK. That's all I got. ;-}
Come back again, Lucy!
Hi me old friend He!He!He! long time :) Have a nice rest :) Liked the pic.
ReplyDeleteWish you well
I hope you're having a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Zing! Good to see you back an' blogging, Lady!
ReplyDeleteSo far, so okay, Kevin. It's been Mostly Harmless, so essentially. I'm thinkin' 'bout how to change that right now.
{-;
Happy Labor Day and may the next one have peace and prosperity for the American Worker.
ReplyDeletei've evolved it to an even more pugnacious nature by doing head-butts to everyone i see. i find people with headaches appreciate it most.
ReplyDeleteOne can hope, Larry. Thanks for your consistent reminders that one can always Hope.
ReplyDeleteRaffi! lol! Why am I thinkin' that that's only since you've donned teh helmet?
{-;
my helmet is strictly cosmetic. my skull is actually thicker than most antarctic ice (probably thicker given today's climate change).
ReplyDelete1.I want a strictly cosmetic helmet.
ReplyDelete2.I want more labor days.
3.I want the why to live in a paragraph I can understand.
4.Otherwise I am more along the lines of the song "Dust In The Wind."
5. Rush ruined my ears for a week once. Good times, good times!
"He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."
ReplyDeleteMartin Luther King Jr.
Nothing goes with Labor Day like a little "Bastille Day."
ReplyDeleteThat dog reminds me of Brian from Family Guy.
Raf, d'oh! {-;
ReplyDeleteLynn, per #3, but that'd be too easy!
per #5, Been there. Done that. Dig it! :-D
I've always thought so, Larry. Good reminder, eh.
Or a ride in a gleaming Red Barchetta, eh Brando!
I thought that 'bout the dog as well. Though this one do'n't look drunk.
