Perhaps the 50/50 investment could be used to make factories less stinky. This would help them avoid the cap and trade mandate the Obama administration is talking about. Again, this would make Cuyahoga County the place to expand a business.

That’s a lot better than a few low-paying jobs at a convention center, don’t you think?
